I have loved all three seasons of the Danish series Borgen on Netflix. One review stated: “One Good Thing: A Danish drama perfect for political devotees. Borgen is like an Aaron Sorkin show that acknowledges the problems with centrism.” I also love cozy mysteries like Louise Penny’s wonderful series. Now that the weather is getting better I will make myself take a walk each day! We will prevail!!

What is centrism? We only have antenna so we have very few shows. I am eagerly waiting new season of “Call the Midwife.”
Cheryl, I watched every episode of Call the Midwife, totally love it too.
The other night I was channel surfing and landed on NBC’s DEBRIS. I am not much of a sci fi fan but this show is incredible. A space ship (no aliens) had broken apart with pieces landing all over the world, creating turmoil to whoever came in contact with it. I had missed the 2nd episode but downloaded the free NBC Peacock app and watched it on my phone!
The best :antenna” show.

Thanks!
BJ, you may enjoy the Swedish series Wallender, a police detective, based on the books by Henning Mankell. There are subtitles. BBC also has a Wallender series, but I preferred the Swedish series subtitles and all.

I’m with you! Loved Borgen. I am doing a ton of reading and as a writer chipping away at my writing projects! Walks–that’s the most fun now it is warming up.
Loved Borgen, too. And Wallender. Much Scandinavian tv! I agree with Donna re the Swedish version of the classic Wallender.
I loved Borgen….I have been watching “Suits” on Amazon Prime. There are 8 seasons and each has 12 episodes. About high-powered NY law firm with Meghan Markle before she became a Princess. A good insight into the workings of a powerful law firm. It has taken me months and am finally in the 8th season and there is no sigh of Meghan so this must the point when she connects with Harry.
