Greetings ElderChicks. I’m an artist and writer from Washington State who has achieved level 77 in living. I have my pink pussy hat ready to don whenever the opportunity arises. I am a late-to life protester and feminist. Writing illustrated memoir has caused me to examine, in depth, my purpose in living, so I march for anything related to human rights. I write and illustrate a zine series called “Ask Your Grandma.” I am aging as cheerfully as possible, under the circumstances.

Good for You !!!
Hi Elisa, I just checked out “Ask Your Grandma” on Etsy. It’s adorable! I’m sure kids must love it. Thanks for writing! A great way to keep a smile on your face in challenging times. We have a lot to give!
I love that you have discovered activism at this age! Way to go! “Ask Your Grandma” sounds like a wonderful series! Great title.
PS I went to Etsy and plan to order your Zine. It is so beautiful. What a terrific idea.
I am a later in life activist too. I participated in my first women’s march in 2017 . I drove to Portland, Oregon (from Roseburg) and marched wearing my pink pussy hat. We’re strong, we have a lot to share. Thank you for sharing what you are doing!
Thank you all for your comments and support. I have more zine ideas percolating, one called Frannie the Feminist and some other senior zines to let the world know that we have stories to tell and surprising inner lives. Thanks for checking out my zines on etsy.
