Amazing what all these women are doing or have done! Just want to add my 2 cents. I climbed Kilimanjaro successfully twice after the age of 60, one of the times 6 months after chemotherapy for fallopian tube cancer (read ovarian cancer – treated the same way). I currently am a computer consultant, helping people in their homes with their computer problems and volunteer at CVIM (Community Volunteers in Medicine). I also volunteer at East High School in West Chester in the IT department helping the only IT support person with approximately 900 computers. I work out 3 days a week for 1 1/2 hours doing aerobic activity, circuit work, and free weights. Seems to me the women who are much greater contributors than I am stay active too! So all you senior women, keep going!

Cathy, just thinking about your energy and attitude is invigorating! The physical workouts really do make a difference, don’t they?
Cathy, I need someone like you to live next to my desk when I’m on the computer! Glitches can prove so frustrating. And your fitness routine is motivating. I’m back on track again after the holdiays, and the endophins really help our recent bout of subzero weather.
